Get fresh ideas, a balanced perspective and new ideas to advance your career. Invest just $44 and get a one-on-one with a career success coach to discuss your current situation, challenges, and actionable strategies to move your career forward. Occupational Highway price: $44.00	Career Coaching Mock Interview session Mock Interview Program As part of the mock interview we will customize practice questions based on the job industry you are applying for and based on any job description of a specific job. We will also match you with an interview coach that has experience in that industry. Mock interviews will get you ready and help you practice the most common interview questions and provide you valuable feedback on how you answered the interview questions. This is a one-session package - lasting 40 minutes. Original Price: $150.00 per session Occupational Highway price: $75.00 per session Additional 40-minute sessions may be purchased for $64.00.	Career Coaching Skills needed to develop your Career Career Coaching with Glenn is a process where you will receive individualized attention and custom tailored solutions to identify your ideal career path. The program is holistic and focuses on who you are as a person, because your ideal career path comes from the inside out, not the outside in. You will learn how to achieve your professional goals, define the career that's right for you and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from moving forward. You will discover how to eliminate defeating habits, develop confidence in your skills and abilities, and create an action plan to achieve your goals. As your coach, I will help you find your own answers as well as give you the benefit of my advice and experience. Together we will lay the foundation for a career you can enjoy for a lifetime. Fees range from $75 per session to $225 per month for four sessions.	Career Coaching Interview Skills Modules The package includes: Materials- exercises that will help you focus and prepare to present yourself in a succinct and organized manner. Coaching Sessions- two 40-minute coaching sessions. We will cover the basic questions plus any questions that are a problem or concern for you. We will record your answers and play them back when I think that you will benefit from hearing yourself. We have found that our clients are their hardest critics. Personal Statement Written for You- We will personally write “Your 5 points” so that you can answer any question that falls into the “Tell me about yourself” category based on the information from the exercises you do for our first session. We send this to you by email and this becomes your “road map” or “product brochure” to refer to when you are asked questions about yourself. Our clients find this to be an extremely helpful tool and really seem to appreciate our ability to summarize their strengths to help them focus. Feedback- We will also give you straightforward feedback and help you with the strategy that you will use to show the interviewer that you are the “best candidate for the job.” This is a two-session package - each session lasting 40 minutes.
